Natalia Boshnakova, Attorney at law

Attorney at law Natalia Boshnakova is a graduate of St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University and has a Master’s degree in Law. She is a qualified lawyer and a freelance attorney at law since 2000. In 2009 she became a founder and a partner in Boshnakova, Dimov and Milanov Law Office. In 2010 she was listed as an official industrial property agent in the register of the Patent Office of Bulgaria and as a trade mark and design representative at EUIPO.

Ms. Boshnakova has specialized in intellectual property, competition, tax and finance law and contractual law. She has experience in research and preparation of documents for the announcement of industrial property as well as legal representation in the registration proceedings, revocation and cancellation of industrial property.

Ms. Boshnakova has long and extensive experience in legal representation in commercial and civil cases, in administrative cases mainly in the field of intellectual property, taxes, excises and social security matters, and representation before the Commission on Protection of Competition.

Ms. Boshnakova speaks German, English and Russian.
